Favourite Hobbies
This page will be my fourth and final page and will be about my two favourite hobbies, going to the beach and playing rugby.
Ever since I was a young boy, about six years old, I have played for the Toowoomba City Bears which has been a great experience. I think that rugby is the best sport ever and would encourage everyone and especially people that are yet to play a sport, to join up and play. As I have said, I have played rugby since I was six. Every year I have played I have played for the Bears and have always been five-eight and we have won the premiership every year. For the last seven years my dad has been my coach which has been very fun and I would love for him to coach for a few more years to come. I would never play any other sport than rugby and can't wait for the GPS competition to start. I am looking forward to the years to come.
My second favourite hobby is going to the beach. When I go to the beach I feel so much more relaxed. The beach is really fun because you can do so much there like surf, boogie boarding, body surfing, playing games of footy and beach cricket, build sand castles, having a relaxing dip in the water and heaps more. Every summer holidays, my family and I go to the Sunshine Coast and have a great time there. If there was anywhere I would want to go, my answer would be almost every time, the beach. There have been times when the beach hasn't been so good; like when I fell off my dad's surfboard and got hit right in the throat with it. Fortunately it wasn't so bad as afterwards, I was given an extremely tasty ice-cream. Ice-cream is the best pain relief. There was another time when I was playing with a footy and threw it out so far that it got caught in a rip and was never to be seen again. It hurts when I have to pay for things I lose. Although despite these ups and downs, I will always appreciate how lucky I am to live in this amazing country and will always love the beach. I will now show some pictures of my two favourite hobbies.
